Job Title: Land Planning Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and innovative Land Planning Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our landscape design group, you will be responsible for developing conceptual and detailed landscape designs for residential and commercial real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement landscape plans that balance functionality with sustainability.
  • Collaborate with architects, urban planners, civil engineers, and environmental consultants to create integrated project designs.
  • Evaluate local municipal norms, environmental regulations, and project-specific guidelines to ensure compliance.
  • Oversee the implementation of landscape designs at project sites and coordinate with contractors and vendors.
  • Review BOQs, cost estimates, and construction drawings to ensure accuracy and feasibility.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture from a reputable Institute.
  • 8-12 years of relevant experience in landscape architecture, preferably with both consultancy and development roles in real estate or large-scale development projects.
  • Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong knowledge of landscape architectural design principles, including materials selection and systems integration.
