About the Role:

Our ideal candidate is a passionate professional who can handle customer inquiries and create content in Latin Spanish and Brazilian Portuguese.

As a Customer Support Associate, your primary goal will be to provide excellent customer satisfaction by translating English content to Latin Spanish and Brazilian Portuguese, responding to customer complaints via various channels, and communicating with customers in a professional manner.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Understanding company products and services
  • Providing support to customers through multiple channels
  • Resolving customer complaints and queries
  • Offering detailed information to customers
  • Maintaining records of customer interactions
  • Training new employees to enhance their skills
  • Fostering exceptional customer service and satisfaction
  • Following up with customers for further information
  • Taking feedback from customers

Requirements:

  • Excellent fluency in spoken Latin Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese, and English
  • Strong command over written Latin Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese, and English
  • Minimum 1+ year of experience providing support in the respective languages
  • Preferred candidates have experience supporting international customers via call or chat
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
  • Good problem-solving abilities
  • A customer-oriented individual
  • Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks
  • Excellent negotiation and sales skills
  • Outstanding interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Excellent phone etiquette and active listening abilities
