Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with customers through various channels to provide exceptional support and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, services, billing, shipping, or technical problems in a timely manner.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and handle difficult conversations professionally.
  • Solve product or service problems by clarifying the issue, determining the root cause, and offering suitable solutions.
  • Update customer records accurately and maintain confidentiality.
  • Ensure that customer issues are resolved effectively and follow up as needed.
  • Elevate unresolved issues to internal teams for prompt resolution.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • A high school diploma or bachelor's degree is required. Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer-facing roles (fresh graduates welcome).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Familiarity with customer support software, CRMs, and Microsoft Office tools is preferred.
  • The ability to handle pressure and maintain composure under stress is crucial.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are necessary for success in this role.
  • A willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, is a plus.
