
Marketing Growth Coordinator

We are seeking a talented and ambitious professional to drive growth by coordinating end-to-end client services.
About the RoleThis dynamic position will focus on developing brand strategies, content marketing campaigns, and driving revenue growth through new admissions. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, experience with digital marketing channels, and the ability to manage complex client requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as the primary point of contact between the client and our agency, ensuring smooth communication and timely delivery of services.
- Manage client expectations and organize regular meetings to discuss progress and upcoming strategies.
- Oversee the execution of brand, content, and PR campaigns to align with client objectives.
- Coordinate brand designs, website/landing pages, SEO, and content marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with the client to define and refine brand positioning.
- Assist in creating brand collateral that aligns with the brand's identity.
- Drive revenue growth by focusing on campaigns that increase student admissions.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance to ensure desired outcomes.
- Provide regular reports and insights to the client, optimizing strategies based on data to improve results.
- Support the creation of Reels, Podcasts, and other content.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of campaigns and manage space branding and offline marketing strategies.
- Education: BBA/MBA in Marketing or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a marketing agency or in client servicing, preferably with digital marketing and strategy experience.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with digital marketing channels like SEO, performance marketing, and content marketing.
- Ability to understand and manage complex client requirements and deliver results.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
- Self-driven and proactive, with an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset to assess campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
- A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
