About the Role

As a Growth Marketing Manager at Canonical, you will:

  • Take ownership of digital accounts and manage them with both precision and creativity.
  • Build multi-channel strategies (PPC, SEM, Paid Social, Display) designed for scalable growth.
  • Analyze performance at a deep level, translating insights into actionable plans.
  • Lead experiments with budgets, creatives, and funnels to discover what drives sustainable ROI.
  • Work with a global, remote-first team that values data-driven decision making and bold ideas.

  • Demonstrated experience in managing digital ad accounts with measurable success.
  • Strong knowledge of PPC, performance marketing, and acquisition strategies.
  • Analytical mindset — comfortable working with numbers, reports, and optimization tools.
  • The ability to work independently, while being accountable for outcomes.
  • A growth-oriented thinker who is not afraid to challenge the "usual way" of doing things.
