Job Description:

We're seeking a seasoned Performance Marketing professional to join our growth team.

  • As a key member, you'll be responsible for creating and optimizing high-performing ads across various channels.

Key Responsibilities include managing Meta Ads & Google ads for performance marketing campaigns, developing best-in-class marketing campaigns optimized for user acquisition and conversion, collaborating with team leads to create and drive strategies, and continuously tracking and measuring campaign-level performance.

Requirements include previous experience running Google and Facebook ads extensively, managing large-scale marketing budgets, and at least 2 years of experience in Performance Marketing. Desired Skills include High Ownership, ability to multi-task, creative outlook, excellent analytical skills, and User Empathy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Meta Ads & Google ads for performance marketing campaigns.
  • Create, execute, and optimize campaigns on various channels to maximize Return On Ad Spend (ROAS).
  • Innovate and come up with new campaign ideas to share with the team.
  • Work with design and content teams to develop best-in-class marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with team leads to create and drive strategies.
  • Continuously track and measure campaign-level performance and come up with actionable insights.
  • Drive and track KPIs like revenue, conversions, Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), and Cost Per Install (CPI) daily.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience running Google and Facebook ads extensively.
  • Managed marketing budgets of $400,000 or more.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Performance Marketing.
  • Experience running ads on lookalike audiences, custom audiences, and interest-based audiences.
