Job Title: Quality Performance Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Performance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our quality assurance group, you will be responsible for ensuring high performance delivery on quality parameters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Audit calls, chats/email interactions to guarantee seamless customer experiences.
  • Conduct thorough audits and provide actionable feedback to enhance training throughput or conversion rates.
  • Analyze complex data sets and create insightful reports/decks to track progress.
  • Participate in calibration sessions to ensure consistent scoring and feedback delivery approaches.
  • Maintain a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in handling quality for outbound sales operations.
  • In-depth understanding of audit and coaching methodologies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong technical knowledge of English communication principles.
  • Effective presentation, feedback, and coaching abilities.
  • Hands-on experience with MS Office, preferably Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Customer-centric orientation and service attitude.
  • Problem-solving skills and high energy/enthusiasm.
  • Interpersonal skills and teamwork ability.
