Senior Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of software products and services.
- Innovate process improvements to enable efficient delivery and maintenance with consistent direction.
- Research tools and implement those that will cost-effectively enhance testing capabilities and product quality.
- Identify areas for cooperation with other teams to improve overall quality and implement initiatives improving testing capability and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure, maintain, and administer testing tools or environments.
- Develop and execute automated and performance testing for assigned projects.
- Interact with Product Management, Project Management, Engineering, and Operations teams.
- Maintain flexibility to react quickly to changes in priorities or circumstances.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of Quality Assurance experience.
- 3+ years of automation experience testing applications.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Tech Skills:
- Copado Robotic Testing (CRT) or CI/CD pipelines.
- Selenium WebDriver and/or Playwright.
- Test strategy, automation frameworks, and version control.
- APIs, data models, and SOQL.
- ISTQB, Copado Robotic Testing, or certifications.
