Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to enhance product quality and reliability across various platforms. This role is ideal for professionals with a solid foundation in software testing who want to make a meaningful contribution.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform manual and automated testing of web-based and backend software applications to ensure seamless functionality.
- Design, execute, and maintain comprehensive test plans, test scenarios, and test cases based on business requirements to drive quality improvement.
- Identify, document, and track bugs and inconsistencies through to resolution, utilizing technical skills and attention to detail.
- Collaborate closely with developers, designers, and product managers to guarantee smooth testing cycles and effective communication.
- Participate in Agile team meetings, providing feedback on progress and quality issues to inform decision-making.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of testing methodologies and processes, driving efficiency and effectiveness.
- 1–2 years of experience in software testing or quality assurance, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
- Good understanding of software development and software testing life cycles, including agile methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with testing tools or bug tracking systems (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla) is an advantage, as well as basic knowledge of automation testing frameworks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
