  • Achieve strategic project goals and objectives within desired timelines.
  • Oversee project constraints and ensure timely completion while maintaining alignment with business objectives.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project consensus and deliverables, fostering effective collaboration.
  • Utilize project management concepts and tools to monitor projects effectively, ensuring quality, cost, and time efficiency.
  • Develop strong working relationships with R&D, Regulatory, Clinical, IPR, Analytical R&D, Ops, Quality, SCM stakeholders to execute projects.
  • Stay up-to-date on cGMP guidelines, SOPs, and relevant regulations.
  • Generate regular MIS reports as per agreed frequency to inform key stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with QA and regulatory requirements in the pharma industry is essential.

Requirements:

  • 9-15 years of experience in program management with a strong track record of delivering successful projects.
  • Qualifications include B.Tech./M.Tech./ M.Sc. / MBA or equivalent degree.

Personal Attributes:

  • PMP Certification is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills are essential for success in this role.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and critical thinking skills are required to drive project success.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, MS Project, and SAP is necessary.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and contribute individually to project goals.
