Job Title: Global Benefits Manager

Description: We are seeking a seasoned and dynamic global benefits manager with extensive experience in managing benefits programs across multiple regions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage employee benefits programs, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of services.
  • Collaborate with teams to administer various benefits, including payroll processing, claims, vendor file SFTP, pension enrollments, updates, wellness benefits, group health insurance, and medical benefits.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors, ensuring service delivery aligns with agreed SLAs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including HR business partners, finance teams, and leadership.
  • Lead onboarding sessions to educate employees about benefits programs.
  • Conduct monthly meetings with employees, vendors, and clients to address issues, share updates, and drive alignment.
  • Manage and utilize tools such as Darwin, Workday, and ServiceNow for benefits administration, reporting, and analytics.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all platforms.

Requirements:

  • 4-10 years of hands-on experience in global benefits management, managing diverse geographies.
  • Native-level fluency in English (both verbal and written).
  • Knowledge of any regional language (e.g., Spanish, French, Arabic) is an added advantage.
  • Exceptional stakeholder and vendor management skills.
  • Strong personality with the ability to lead sessions and confidently address diverse audiences.
  • Proficient in Darwin, Workday, and ServiceNow tools.
