Job Opening:
Global Benefits AdministratorWe are seeking a highly skilled Global Benefits Administrator to join our organization. This role will be responsible for managing benefits programs across multiple regions.
- This position requires extensive experience in global benefits administration, with a minimum of 6-8 years in managing diverse geographies.
- Native-level fluency in English (both verbal and written) is mandatory, while knowledge of any regional language is an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hands-on experience in payroll processing, claims & vendor file SFTP, Pension enrollments and updates, wellness benefits and group health insurance and medical benefits, pre and post pension payroll and active payroll checks, supplier invoicing collaboration with finance teams.
Required Skills:
- Exceptional stakeholder and vendor management skills
- Strong personality with the ability to lead sessions and confidently address diverse audiences
- Proficient in Darwin, Workday, and ServiceNow tools
- SLA & KPI Adherence
- Process Improvement and Compliance
- Excellent Communication and Analytical Skills
