Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced professional to lead large-scale IT transformation projects in the digital health sector.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for spearheading the design, testing, and deployment of digital health solutions. This involves translating concept documents into actionable project roadmaps, leading project planning, budgeting, risk management, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and IT vendors to ensure seamless execution.
  • Oversee solution design, testing (sandbox & UAT), and deployment, ensuring compliance and security standards.
  • Manage vendor onboarding, procurement, and performance, focusing on cost-effectiveness and quality.
  • Deliver solutions within 12 months, driving business value and growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 8–10 years of experience in IT project management, preferably in healthcare, NGOs, or large government organizations.
  • MTech, BTech, MCA, BCA, or equivalent technical qualification.
  • Proven expertise in large-scale IT system design and implementation, with a strong understanding of digital health solutions.
  • Strong skills in stakeholder management, vendor coordination, and risk mitigation, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution.
