As Head of Autonomous Networks, you will define strategy, drive execution, and lead transformation initiatives that enable CSPs and OEMs to harness AI, automation, and orchestration to build the intelligent networks of the future.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and Implement Strategy: Develop and execute Infinite's global Autonomous Networks strategy, ensuring alignment with business growth and industry trends.
  • Lead Large-Scale Delivery Programs: Drive measurable business impact through advanced automation and AI/ML solutions for CSPs and OEMs worldwide.
  • Champion Next-Generation Solutions: Innovate and differentiate by championing next-generation solutions in orchestration, self-healing networks, OSS/BSS transformation, 5G/edge, and cloud-native architectures.
  • Represent Infinite Globally: Engage at the highest levels, representing Infinite in global industry bodies, executive forums, and customer boardroom discussions, shaping industry perspectives on autonomous networks.
  • Build World-Class Teams: Attract, mentor, and empower high-performing technical and delivery teams across geographies, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and excellence.
  • Collaborate Globally: Partner with senior executives, technology leaders, and ecosystem partners to design and implement transformative solutions at scale.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Proven Expertise: Demonstrated expertise in network automation, AI/ML-driven operations, OSS/BSS transformation, 5G/edge, and cloud-native solutions.
  • Track Record of Success: Proven track record of success leading global transformation programs for CSPs and OEMs, from vision to large-scale execution.
  • Executive Presence & Influence: Executive presence and influence with demonstrated ability to engage senior stakeholders, build trusted relationships, and navigate complex global organizations.
  • Business & Commercial Acumen: Strong ability to balance technology leadership with business growth outcomes.
  • Educational Background: Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field preferred; executive leadership certifications a plus.
