Job Title: Visionary Leader

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced leader to spearhead our School of Governance.

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for building a compelling vision for the school, defining its academic and research direction, and prioritizing initiatives that drive excellence.
  • He/she will provide strategic leadership to our faculty and staff, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • The successful candidate will develop and implement high-quality curriculum that meets the needs of governance with a global perspective, ensuring our programs are comparable to the best in the country.
  • He/she will lead social initiatives that promote positive change, including community engagement, alumni relations, and partnerships with external stakeholders.
  • The Director will oversee operational planning, ensure effective resource allocation, and make informed decisions that drive business growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Planning: Develop a comprehensive strategic plan that aligns with the school's mission and vision.
  • Curriculum Development: Design and implement high-quality curriculum that meets the needs of governance with a global perspective.
  • Faculty Management: Provide leadership and guidance to faculty members, promoting their professional development and well-being.
  • Social Initiatives: Lead and drive social initiatives that promote positive change, including community engagement, alumni relations, and partnerships with external stakeholders.
  • Operational Planning: Oversee operational planning, ensure effective resource allocation, and make informed decisions that drive business growth and success.

Requirements:

  • Masters or Ph.D. in a relevant field (Governance, Leadership, Education, etc.).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in education or governance.
  • Proven track record of strategic planning, curriculum development, and faculty management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
