About the Role
  • Design Visionary: Define and execute the design strategy for retail convenience consumer tech, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement design vision and strategy for retail convenience consumer tech.
  • Team Enablement: Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of UX/UI designers, researchers, and content professionals.
  • Design Excellence: Oversee the end-to-end design process, from research and ideation through prototyping, testing, and final implementation.
  • Collaboration: Partner closely with product management, engineering, and business teams to deliver intuitive, scalable, and innovative design solutions.
  • User-Centric Innovation: Champion user research and data-driven design, ensuring products meet and exceed customer expectations in convenience retail environments.
  • Quality Assurance: Establish and enforce design best practices, accessibility standards, and brand guidelines.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary design advocate, collaborating with leadership and cross-functional partners to align design initiatives with company objectives.
