Enterprise Architecture Lead

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to drive our Digital Transformation strategy and roadmap.

This role requires strong cross-domain knowledge, particularly in HR, Supply Chain, Procurement, and in-depth domain understanding in one of the following domains: Energy, Manufacturing, Logistics, Healthcare, Retail, or BFS.

The successful candidate will develop and communicate a comprehensive Business architecture strategy aligned with business objectives. They will collaborate with business leaders and stakeholders to understand their goals and ensure alignment with IT strategy.

Key responsibilities include driving and governing the Digital Transformation strategy and roadmap, defining and monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of the enterprise architecture.

Additionally, the ideal candidate will have fair knowledge of GenAI, Cloud Computing, Data & Analytics, DevSecOps, Business Application portfolio rationalization, Application Modernization, Containerization, APIs, and other relevant aspects.

They will also evaluate and select technology platforms/solutions that align with enterprise architecture strategy, leveraging data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, EA certifications like TOGAF, and EAM Tool proficiency.

Required Skills:
  • Strong cross-domain knowledge in HR, Supply Chain, Procurement, and one of the following domains: Energy, Manufacturing, Logistics, Healthcare, Retail, or BFS.
  • In-depth domain understanding and expertise in Process Re-Engineering, Process Mining, and hands-on experience with Process Tools, Frameworks, and Techniques.
  • Fair knowledge of GenAI, Cloud Computing, Data & Analytics, DevSecOps, Business Application portfolio rationalization, Application Modernization, Containerization, APIs, and other relevant aspects.
