Logistics Specialist

Key responsibilities for this role include prospecting new leads and conducting outbound calls to logistics companies, carriers, and potential customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting logistics solutions and generating qualified leads in English and Spanish.

  • Accurately documenting all interactions, leads, and follow-ups in a CRM system.

The ideal candidate will possess fluency in both Spanish and English, strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to handle objections and convert prospects into opportunities. Additionally, proficiency with CRM tools and call tracking systems is highly desirable.

Requirements
  • Fluency in both Spanish and English (spoken and written).
  • Proven experience in cold calling, telesales, or business development (logistics industry experience is an advantage).
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to handle objections and convert prospects into opportunities.
  • Proficient with CRM tools and call tracking systems.
