Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Management Lead to oversee daily production activities, ensuring smooth operations and maintaining quality standards.

The role involves managing a team of production staff, optimizing workflow, monitoring equipment, and implementing process improvements to meet production targets and deadlines.

  • Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to ensure efficient operations.
  • Plan, schedule, and allocate tasks to production staff to meet deadlines and productivity targets.
  • Ensure adherence to quality control standards and compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
  • Monitor equipment performance, conduct routine checks, and coordinate maintenance to minimize downtime.
  • Analyze production data and prepare reports for management review.
  • Implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and maintain consistent product quality.
  • Train, mentor, and evaluate production team members to enhance skill levels and overall performance.
  • Ensure proper inventory management of raw materials and finished goods.
  • Coordinate with other departments (Quality, Maintenance, and Logistics) to ensure seamless production flow.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Production, or Industrial Engineering (or related field).
  • 3–5 years of experience in a production supervisory role within a manufacturing/industrial environment.
  • Proven knowledge of production planning, workflow management, and quality control procedures.

Skills Required:

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and production management software.
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma principles is an added advantage.
