**Location: On-site** -Arcadia, South City 2, Secor 49, Gurgaon

**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a proactive and responsible **Logistics Executive** to handle the **entire order dispatch & tracking process**, from printing shipping labels to reducing RTOs. You will be the key player ensuring our customers receive their orders on time and in perfect condition.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle **daily order processing and label generation** via **Shiprocket** and other platforms.
- Coordinate with courier companies (**DTDC, Bluedart, Delhivery**) for **pickup and delivery tracking**.
- Ensure **same-day packaging and dispatch** of all orders.
- Maintain records of **shipped, delivered, RTO, and pending orders**.
- Work closely with production to **sync ready orders and batches**.
- Minimize **return-to-origin (RTO)** cases through address verification and follow-ups.
- Communicate with customers (via WhatsApp/call) for delivery issues or clarifications if needed.
- Maintain **daily reporting in Google Sheets or Notion**.

**Required Skills**:

- Experience with **Shiprocket** dashboard is a must.
- Good computer skills**:Excel, Google Sheets, WhatsApp Web, Internet**.
- Prior experience in **logistics, e-commerce fulfillment, or warehouse dispatch** preferred.
- Basic communication skills in **Hindi & English**.
- Highly **punctual, responsible, and organized**.
- Comfortable handling physical products and printing devices.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 12th pass / graduate
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in logistics or order fulfillment preferred
- Freshers with strong learning intent can also apply

**Working Days & Hours**:

- 6 Days Working (Monday to Saturday)
- Timing: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM

**Salary Range**:
**₹14,000 - ₹20,000/month** (Based on experience and skill)

**How to Apply**:
