Job Description

We are looking for a seasoned Business Manager to drive customer acquisition, increase retention, and enhance Kuku FM's market position through innovative marketing initiatives and long-term strategic planning. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving growth and developing strategies that maximize user engagement, conversion rates, and monetization of services.

  • Develop and Implement Growth Plans: Design and execute short-term and long-term strategies to accelerate user base growth, leveraging data-driven insights and analytics to inform business decisions.
  • Revenue and Retention Optimization: Develop strategies for maximizing user engagement, conversion rates, and monetization of services, ensuring a strong return on investment.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Utilize analytics and consumer data to inform business decisions, optimize performance, and drive growth.
  • Partnerships and Collaborations: Build and maintain strategic partnerships to amplify marketing initiatives and drive organic growth.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Liaise with Product Engineering and Content teams to align business goals and growth initiatives.
  • Competitor Analysis: Keep track of industry trends, competitor strategies, and market demands to position Kuku FM competitively.

Kuku FM offers a competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as benefits, including a comprehensive healthcare package, flexible work arrangements, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
