As a Chief Technology Officer, you will be responsible for owning the product strategy, shipping a lean and testable MVP for Android and iOS, building and deploying the team and systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, build, test, ship, measure and repeat. You will own all infrastructure, releases, monitoring and Sentry/observability.
  • Architect a serverless-first backend that can scale and hire and manage a small engineering team as the product grows.
  • Implement automated tests, shipping cadence and code quality standards.
  • Work closely with founder(s) on product growth and go-to-market strategies.
Requirements:
  • Treat product and engineering as the same thing.
  • Has built and launched full-stack mobile apps end-to-end.
  • Can code and orchestrate infra, auth, payments and real-time feeds.
  • Is ruthless about speed, quality and simplicity.
  • Is founder-ready: recruits engineers, owns hiring and represents the product externally.
  • Lives in India or can reliably overlap IST hours.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with market data APIs, trading or brokerage integrations.
  • Experience with Supabase/Postgres, Redis and scaling mobile backends.
  • Worked on consumer social products and community features.
  • Experience building subscription/payments flows.

  • Founder deep-dive (vision & alignment).
