Engineering Lead/Manager Job

Overview

The Engineering Lead/Manager will own the technical direction for our stablecoin payments initiative. This role involves leading a small team while staying hands-on building scalable and secure backend systems.

You will lead technical discussions, define architecture, and ensure our systems remain robust on top of fragmented provider infrastructure.

  • Design and scale backend systems powering payments and settlements
  • Mentor and manage a small engineering team across infra + app layers
  • Own delivery timelines and establish engineering best practices
  • Ensure security, scalability, and regulatory readiness in architecture

Requirements:

Technical Skills

6+ years of backend engineering experience

Strong in TypeScript/Node.js, and API designBackground in fintech or payments strongly preferredExperience building integrations with external APIs/partners across geographiesLeadership Qualities

Track record of leading small teams and scaling early-stage systems
