Senior Java Backend Developer Role

Are you an experienced and skilled developer seeking a challenging opportunity to advance your career? We are looking for a seasoned Senior Java Backend Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend services.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Spring Boot, Microservices architecture, and REST APIs. Experience with SQL/MySQL, including schema design, query optimization, and database performance improvement, is also essential. Additionally, the candidate should possess excellent debugging and problem-solving skills, as well as experience with Kafka, Redis, NoSQL databases, and cloud platforms like AWS/GCP/Azure.

  • Develop high-performance backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
  • Design, implement, and maintain robust RESTful APIs, ensuring optimal performance, security, and scalability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable products, working closely with product managers, frontend engineers, and QA teams.
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines and ensure smooth deployments, leveraging containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Contribute to architecture discussions and design decisions, providing expert advice on software engineering best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 5–8 years of backend development experience with Java.
  • Strong expertise in Spring Boot, Microservices architecture, REST APIs.
  • Hands-on experience with SQL/MySQL, including indexes, joins, query optimization, and data modeling.
  • Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills, with experience in production systems.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Understanding of software engineering best practices (Agile, CI/CD, TDD).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
