About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent our agency in client meetings, creator collaborations, and content formats.
  • Communicate our value proposition effectively through pitches, presentations, and on-camera formats.
  • Develop strong partnerships with brands, creators, and other stakeholders.
  • Identify and pitch new partnership opportunities.
  • Contribute to closing deals and growing our pipeline.
  • Collaborate with our creative and strategy teams to shape campaigns.
Requirements
  • Strong verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Awareness of social media platforms including Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
  • Comfortable working on camera and in professional settings.
  • Strategic thinking with selling instincts.
  • Ability to handle pitches, people, and partnerships end-to-end.
  • Available full-time based in Gurgaon.
