Project Director Role

We are seeking a seasoned Project Director to oversee the lifecycle of luxury projects from inception to completion.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in delivering high-end projects that embody global sophistication and uncompromising execution quality.

About the Role
  • This is an exceptional opportunity for a skilled Project Director to take on a leadership role, overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of luxury projects.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring precision, quality, and timely completion.
  2. Develop and manage detailed project plans, monitoring site progress through daily visits and snagging inspections.
  3. Resolve execution challenges while safeguarding luxury standards and driving value engineering to optimize costs.
  4. Champion an uncompromising focus on finishing and detailing, inspired by luxury residences and hospitality benchmarks.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
  • 15+ years of experience in Project & Construction Management, with at least 5 years in luxury projects.
  • Prior experience in luxury residential or hospitality (villas, resorts, high-end hotels, malls) strongly preferred.
