Job Title: Talent Development Manager

  • Implement leadership and mentorship programs to nurture high-potential employees across various departments.
  • Develop and manage training content ensuring relevance, accuracy, and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and align initiatives with business objectives.
  • Plan, schedule, and manage training sessions ensuring seamless execution and excellent outcomes.

Key Qualifications:

  • Minimum 7 years in Training & Development with a proven track record of delivering effective training programs.
  • Experience in engaging diverse audiences and fostering participation during training sessions.
  • Expertise in content development and management for various training programs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in planning and managing multiple training programs effectively.
