Key Roles and Responsibilities

The Human Resources Business Partner will play a pivotal role in driving departmental performance by aligning HR strategies with business objectives.

  • Talent Acquisition: The successful candidate will collaborate with functional heads to understand, evaluate, and identify suitable talents.
  • Succession Planning: They will develop and implement succession plans to ensure business continuity.
  • Performance Management: The ideal candidate will design and implement performance management systems to drive employee engagement and productivity.
  • Talent Development: They will spearhead the competency matrix for the department, converting it into training initiatives.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, facilitating effective communication between employees, management, and leadership. They will also be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve employee engagement and retain talents.

A strong focus on change management is essential, supporting business and functional leaders in implementing change initiatives such as restructuring or cultural transformations. Additionally, the successful candidate will manage stakeholder expectations and concerns during these initiatives.

They will create and sustain a people connect platform for the department and timely close all employee grievances related to payroll, policies, digital platforms, welfare, etc. The diversity, equity, and inclusion champion will spearhead initiatives for the department, supporting women's engagement.

We are looking for a seasoned professional with 5-10 years of experience in Manufacturing industries, preferably with an MBA/MSW from a good Institute.
