Event Production Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and creative professional to lead the planning and execution of on-ground projects and events. A successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing event logistics, managing vendors, and ensuring seamless event experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning and Execution: Plan and manage end-to-end execution of on-ground projects, including venue finalization, setup, set design, LED screens, branding collaterals, and more.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to understand project requirements and deliver set and venue designs accordingly.
  • Vendor Management: Build and maintain a database of agencies for set design, lighting, stage, and event production.
  • Logistics Management: Liaise with hotels and venues to manage bookings, rooming arrangements, and event logistics.
  • Resource Optimization: Maintain a repository of hotel options across metro cities for quick reference.
  • Creative Problem-Solving: Bring creative ideas and out-of-the-box thinking to event setups, ensuring innovative and engaging designs.
  • Technology Integration: Stay updated with new-age technologies in event production and integrate them into projects for enhanced impact.

Requirements:

  • Experience: At least 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in event planning, production, or project management.
  • Skill Set: Strong understanding of set design, lighting, and event technology, with excellent vendor management and negotiation skills.
  • Personal Qualities: Ability to multi-task and manage timelines in a fast-paced environment, with a creative aptitude and attention to detail.
  • Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
