Community Ambassador

We are seeking a dynamic and charismatic individual to join our team as a Community Ambassador. As a key member of our community, you will be responsible for creating memorable experiences for our guests and fostering a sense of belonging among them.

About the Role:

  • Plan & Host Engaging Activities: Design and execute events that cater to diverse interests and preferences, ensuring an inclusive atmosphere for all guests.
  • Connect with Guests: Develop strong relationships with travelers, listening to their needs and concerns, and provide personalized support whenever required.
  • Be Creative: Bring fresh ideas to the table, exploring new concepts and activities that keep our event calendar exciting and engaging.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with our team members, local artists, and vendors to create seamless events that exceed expectations.
  • Track & Improve: Analyze guest feedback, identifying areas of improvement and implementing changes to enhance the overall experience.

Requirements:

  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with people from diverse backgrounds.
  • Event Planning Experience: Proven track record in planning and hosting events, with a focus on creativity, organization, and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility & Adaptability: Willingness to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
  • Education & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
