Desktop Support Specialist


Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Desktop Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to users, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring that all desktop systems are running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to users via phone, email, or in-person
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
  • Install and configure new hardware and software
  • Maintain and repair existing hardware and software
  • Perform regular maintenance tasks on desktop systems
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in desktop support
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems and Office applications
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
Desired Skills:
  • Knowledge of Active Directory, Exchange, and other network administration tools
  • Familiarity with MS-900: Microsoft 365 Fundamentals
  • Familiarity with MS-700: Managing Microsoft Teams
  • Familiarity with AZ-900: Microsoft Azure Fundamentals
  • Familiarity with Nexthink Fundamentals
