Job Opportunity

The Senior Professional Services Consultant will primarily focus on the design and delivery of cutting-edge security solutions for customers. This individual will serve as a key member of the Network Security Professional Services team, composed of highly specialized engineers responsible for designing and implementing advanced technologies.

Your Career Path
  • You will contribute to customer engagements, assisting in the design and deployment of our security solutions. You will act as a technical expert, providing input and guidance around complex systems to secure customer environments.
  • You will engage directly with customers and partner with their technical teams. You are highly skilled and continuously learn, solving complex problems and seeking innovative solutions.
Expected Deliverables
  • Develop custom security policies and application signatures for unique client environments.
  • Consult and guide customers on best practices methodologies and act as a trusted advisor on behalf of Palo Alto Networks.
  • Analyze logs and events from the solution and provide threat analysis reports, offering input and direction as applicable.
  • Collaborate proactively with the Technical Assistance Center to troubleshoot and diagnose cases as escalations arise.
  • Maintain the implemented solution and provide mentorship on code upgrades, changes to the platform, and new technology developments.
  • Work with sales account teams to formulate a technical strategy to address customer business needs.
  • Support direct managers in managing business needs through regular reports and Quarterly Business Reviews.
  • Engage with the account team to ensure clear understanding of customer business & technical requirements as you learn through active engagement with clients.
