A leading engineering company in sheet metal stampings and metal fabrication tooling and components.
Role & Responsibilities:- Assist Plant Head and HR leadership in managing daily HR functions, including recruitment and employee onboarding.
- Support the hiring process by posting job openings, shortlisting resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Manage attendance tracking, maintain employee records, and ensure compliance with relevant documentation.
- Compose professional internal emails, office circulars, and employee notices.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and presentations for performance reviews and audits.
- Plan and execute initiatives to boost employee engagement and workplace cleanliness.
- Engage with staff on the shopfloor to resolve grievances and improve communication.
- Support audit preparedness and coordinate with vendors, training institutes, and placement consultants.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Graduates or diploma holders with 0–1 year of experience in HR or admin functions.
- Strong English communication skills and proficiency in email writing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Familiarity with job portals and ability to connect with training/placement partners.
- Eagerness to learn, take ownership, and grow within the organization.
- Long-term career potential in HR with growth into an HR leadership role.
