Job Title: Human Resources Business Partner

We are seeking a skilled HR Business Partner to join our organization. The successful candidate will play a strategic role in supporting employee lifecycle and engagement.

The primary objective of this position is to provide expert HR support to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a strategic partner to support employee lifecycle and engagement initiatives.
  • Handle employee relations, grievance management, and conflict resolution in a fair and professional manner.
  • Partner with stakeholders to drive employee satisfaction and retention through effective communication and collaboration.
  • Support the development and implementation of HR policies, compliance, and disciplinary processes.
  • Contribute to the creation and execution of employee engagement initiatives and culture building activities.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to ensure HR practices align with organizational goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of proven experience in HRBP/Employee Relations role.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage employee grievances with empathy and professionalism.
  • Knowledge of HR policies, compliance, and labor laws, with a focus on ensuring a positive and inclusive work environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior BPO industry HRBP experience, with a strong understanding of industry trends and best practices.
  • Immediate joiners highly preferred, with a strong desire to make an impact and contribute to the organization's success.
