
HR Business Partnership Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Business Partner Manager to lead our HR operations, manage all HR activities, and support business partners effectively.
- Resolve employee queries and concerns efficiently and track resolution within agreed timelines.
- Ensure strict compliance with labor laws and organizational policies.
- Implement and enforce Discipline Policy and Code of Conduct across the organization.
- Maintain an attrition rate of 5% or below through effective engagement and retention strategies.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives through collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Facilitate engagement action planning, record minutes, action points, and responses, and track progress, ensuring timely communication of closures.
- Ensure timely sign-offs of KRAs (Key Result Areas) from new employees and during role changes.
- Coordinate and ensure completion of half-year and annual performance appraisals.
- Monitor and ensure adherence to training plans and performance improvement initiatives.
- Conduct exit interviews and collect data to analyze employee turnover trends and propose corrective actions.
- Focus on employee retention by identifying key factors influencing attrition.
- Work on branding and intelligence initiatives to boost employer brand presence.
- Ensure adherence to Security Policy, Zero Tolerance Policy, United Privacy Policy, Disciplinary Policy, and Learning Agreement within the business.
- Collaborate with business partners to ensure policies and procedures are followed across teams and departments.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Industrial Relations, Human Resource Management, or any related field, with significant experience in HR roles within a BPO/Call Center environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a solid understanding of labor laws.
- Experience in handling employee relations, engagement, and retention initiatives.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to manage and resolve employee concerns effectively and efficiently, tracking and reporting outcomes.
- Willingness to work onsite and flexible to work in shifting or rotational schedules within 24/7 work hours.
Preferred Skills:
- Previous experience as an HR Generalist or Specialist in a BPO/Call Center.
