Job Title: Personnel Support Specialist

This key role is responsible for delivering high-quality support across various HR functions. Key responsibilities include recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, training, and maintaining accurate records within our HR information system.

  • Recruitment Strategy: Assist in developing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
  • Benefits Management: Manage employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Training and Development: Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, aligning with business objectives.
  • HRIS Administration: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our HR information system, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to all relevant laws, regulations, and policies, minimizing risk and liability.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, HRIS software, and excellent organizational and communication skills.
