Job Description

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & ANALYSIS:

  • Develop and execute annual operating business and margin plans for key accounts.
  • SOURCE newer key accounts in various categories and expand existing relationships.
  • Stay ahead of the competition by proactively building concepts and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Analyze customer needs and suggest new avenues of businesses/product categories with high growth potential.
  • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders and manage client expectations.
  • Lead high-value projects with key customers, ensuring seamless execution and delivery.

BUSINESS OPERATIONS & MANAGEMENT:

  • Liaise with KA teams on delivery mechanisms and credit understanding, ensuring timely progress reports.
  • Negotiate and close annual contracts with key accounts, aligning with budgeted volumes and contribution margins.
  • Ensure new products introduced in an account meet targeted margins and communicate effectively with local teams for execution.
  • Maintain inter-departmental alignment to ensure high service levels, collaborating with Demand Planning, Supply Chain, and Plant Teams.

COMMERCIAL & COMPLAINT HANDLING:

  • Negotiate and finalize sales contracts and agreements with relevant team members.
  • Ensure commercial hygiene across all key accounts.
  • Address customer complaints efficiently, working closely with Quality Teams to deliver CAPAs within timelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent knowledge of the food industry (Food Service & QSR).
  • Strong planning, organizing, interpersonal, presentation, decision-making, and relationship-building skills.
  • Business acumen, attitude, and enthusiasm for delivering exceptional results.
