Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Digital Functional Test (DFT) engineer to join our team. As a DFT engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing digital testing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement digital testing solutions using RTL files.
  • Streamline test processes through efficient use of RTL files and debugging techniques.
  • Familiarize yourself with DFT architecture and SSN/TAP structures.

Requirements:

  • 4-7 years of experience in DFT RTL design, including RTL edit, SSN/MBIST insertion, and streaming through RTL files.
  • Strong knowledge of digital testing principles and architectures.
  • Familiarity with DFT architecture is desirable.
  • Knowledge of SSN and TAP structures is essential.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of digital testing principles and architectures. They should be able to work on the RTL side of things, including RTL edit, SSN, and MBIST insertion. The candidate should also have a strong hold on streaming through RTL files and debugging from log pointers. In addition, they should be familiar with DFT architecture and have knowledge of SSN and TAP structures.
