Our organization is seeking skilled and customer-centric individuals to fill the role of International Voice Process Associate.

The primary responsibility of this position will be to serve as the main point of contact for our international customers, providing exceptional support and resolving their inquiries in a timely manner.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Handling inbound/outbound calls from international customers, addressing their inquiries and resolving their issues efficiently.
  • Providing accurate and up-to-date information regarding our products and services.
  • Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions.
  • Escalating complex issues to relevant departments.
  • Meeting and exceeding performance targets related to call handling, customer satisfaction, and resolution rates.
  • Adhering to organizational policies and procedures.
  • Providing outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle pressure and work in a dynamic environment.
  • Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Preferred qualifications include prior experience in an international BPO voice process or customer service environment for at least one year.
