Job Title: CE/CRM Developer - Field Service Expert

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled CE/CRM Developer - Field Service Expert to join our team at NR Consulting - India. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing and architecting end-to-end solutions on the D365 CE platform, ensuring alignment with business requirements, industry best practices, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and architecture of end-to-end solutions on the D365 CE platform, ensuring alignment with business requirements, industry best practices, and scalability.
  • Act as a technical leader and mentor to the development team, providing guidance on coding standards, best practices, and solution architecture.
  • Develop integration strategies and design solutions between D365 CE and other internal/external systems.
  • Design the data model, entities, attributes, and relationships in D365 CE, ensuring data integrity, consistency, and performance optimization.
  • Define security models and access control strategies, ensuring compliance with relevant security and data privacy standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes in Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Field Service, and Project Operations.
  • Customize and configure D365 CE using PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
  • Lead data migration, data modeling, and data integration efforts across the D365 CE platform.
  • Provide technical expertise in various CRM/XRM versions, supporting end-to-end project life cycles for 2-3 implementations.
  • Ensure implementation of technologies like HTML5, CSS, SOAP, REST, AngularJS, and JavaScript for seamless integration with D365 CE.
  • Develop and customize CRM solutions using ASP.NET (C#), MVC, and Web API within the SDLC framework.
  • Create and modify reports using SSRS and CRM reporting tools.
  • Ensure the technical architecture aligns with the overall CRM platform, including scripting, plugins, workflows, and SDK extensions.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or MCA or equivalent.
  • 10+ years of experience in D365 CE/CRM as a Technical Architect.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Lead Developer in D365 CE.
  • Strong understanding of business processes in Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Field Service, and Project Operations.
  • Proficiency in customizing and configuring D365 CE using PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
  • Expertise in data migration strategy, data modeling, and integration.
  • Knowledge of various CRM versions, technologies (HTML5, CSS, SOAP, REST, JavaScript, AngularJS), and ASP.NET (C#, MVC, Web API).
  • Proven experience in developing security models and ensuring compliance with data privacy standards.
  • Strong understanding of SSRS and CRM reporting tools.
  • MS Dynamics CE/CRM certifications are required.
  • Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
  • Flexible working hours.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working on 2-3 full life-cycle projects.
  • Strong OO analysis and design under SDLC environment.
