We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an Employee Relations Executive.

About the Role:

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective relationships with employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining positive relationships with business consultants in the US.
  • They will also implement sound resolutions to address complex issues and questions from consultants, providing expert advice and guidance where needed.
  • Additionally, they will advise and influence management on employee relations decisions to ensure an excellent experience for consultants.
  • They will evaluate and review employment decisions in response to employee concerns, ensuring fairness and equity at all times.
  • Furthermore, they will generate business leads and opportunities through referrals and redeployment by networking with consultants, helping to drive growth and success.
  • Finally, they will design and implement trending analysis and ER metrics models, providing valuable insights and recommendations to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
  • The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and people management skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels.
  • They will also have good decision-making and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Multitasking and marketing skills would be beneficial in this role, as would academic HR background.
