Job Title: People Operations Director - Performance Excellence Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Implement Performance Management Systems: Design, manage performance review cycles, key performance indicators (KPIs), and feedback mechanisms to drive employee growth and development.
  • Rewards and Recognition Strategies: Develop and execute impactful rewards and recognition programs to motivate employees and enhance job satisfaction.
  • Performance-Linked Growth Initiatives: Collaborate with leadership to design and implement performance-linked growth initiatives that foster employee engagement and drive business objectives.
  • HR Compliance and Policy Implementation: Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal HR policies to mitigate risks and maintain a positive work environment.
  • HR Operations and Team Management: Oversee HR operations, including onboarding, benefits administration, employee relations, and policy implementation. Mentor and manage the HR team to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • HR Data Analysis and Process Enhancement: Analyze HR data to identify areas for process improvement, enhance retention rates, and optimize employee engagement.

Requirements:
  • 8-12 Years of HR Experience: Proven track record in HR management, with a strong emphasis on performance management and rewards and recognition.
  • Indian Employment Laws and Regulations: Familiarity with Indian employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
  • HRIS and ATS Proficiency: Proficiency in HRIS (ADP) and ATS (preferably JobDiva) to streamline HR processes and enhance efficiency.
  • Strong Communication, Leadership, and Problem-Solving Skills: Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, lead teams, and resolve complex problems in a fast-paced work environment.
