Key Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Key Operations Specialist to manage and maintain key machinery used in the production of high-quality capsules.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and operate various types of capsule manufacturing equipment to ensure maximum efficiency and output.
  • Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines to prevent downtime and improve overall productivity.
  • Monitor production processes to identify and resolve any issues that may arise, utilizing problem-solving skills and technical knowledge to make informed decisions.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to meet production goals and deadlines, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Maintain accurate records of production data, providing valuable insights for future improvement and growth.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience operating complex machinery in a manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams, with strong analytical skills to understand and apply new information.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to focus on tasks for extended periods and maintain high levels of productivity.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues at all levels.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment, with knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
