Job Title: Factory Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Factory Operations Manager to lead our factory operations team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of ensuring production targets and quality standards are met.

The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring budgets, costs, and productivity across all departments. They will also ensure compliance with Quality Risk Management, FSSCI, GPCB, APEDA, and labour laws.

In this role, you will oversee recruitment, training, and performance management of staff. You will also maintain machinery, resolve production issues, and ensure smooth operations. Additionally, you will prepare and submit production reports to management.

Achieving employee engagement and maintaining cordial relations is also an important aspect of this role. You will liaise with statutory bodies and manage inspections to ensure we remain compliant with regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • B.E. / B.Tech (Food Technology) degree or equivalent experience
  • 10 years of experience in the food industry, preferably in factory operations
  • Proven track record of leading and managing high-performing teams
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Able to motivate and guide teams to achieve goals
