As a seasoned Factory Operations Leader, you will oversee the daily management of our manufacturing facility to ensure seamless and efficient operations. Key responsibilities include developing production plans, schedules, and budgets to meet output targets on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead daily factory operations to guarantee efficiency, safety, and productivity.
  • Develop strategic production plans, schedules, and budgets to meet output targets timely and within budget constraints.
  • Train and supervise production staff across all facility departments to drive performance excellence.
  • Maintain equipment and machinery in optimal working condition to minimize downtime.
  • Implement and enforce quality assurance protocols and standards through close collaboration with quality control teams.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for raw material supply and logistics to ensure timely delivery of finished goods.
  • Prepare regular production performance reports for senior management review and feedback.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, Business Administration, or related discipline; advanced degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of managerial experience in a factory setting with expertise in machinery, metal products, or similar manufacturing.
  • Demonstrable career progression and stability in past roles.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
  • Proficiency in production management, maintenance protocols, quality standards, and safety systems.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems, production management software, and Microsoft Office.
  • Expertise in lean manufacturing methodologies is an asset.
