Airport Operations Manager

This is a challenging role for an experienced professional who wants to make a difference in the aviation industry.

Job Description:

  • Main Responsibilities:
    • To manage the day-to-day functioning of the Airport Operation Control Centre (AOCC) in accordance with regulatory requirements and BIAL regulations.
    • To synchronize the performance of all airport processes and sub-processes to ensure quality, efficiency, and punctuality objectives are achieved in real-time operations.
    • To manage passenger, baggage, aircraft, and information at real time to achieve airport objectives of efficiency, safety, and punctuality without losing service quality.
  • Key Performance Indicators:
    • To implement Management-approved Standard Operating Procedures pertaining to AOCC.
    • To carry out day-to-day functioning of AOCC in a manner compliant with regulatory requirements and in accordance with various BIAL regulations, objectives, and philosophy.
    • To conduct Airport Operations in accordance with various regulations by DGCA and BCAS.
    • To continuously monitor AOCC stakeholder's performance as per the process defined.
  • Requirements:
    • 9-14 years of experience in airport operations or a related field.
    • Degree in Aviation, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
