Salesforce Architecture Lead

Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce Architect to lead our team in delivering innovative enterprise IT projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing and executing large-scale solutions, leveraging their expertise in Salesforce platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Act as a Program Level Solution Architect, overseeing multiple projects simultaneously.
  2. Lead the implementation of AI-driven solutions within our Salesforce Org, utilizing Agents, prompt builder, Einstein, and Slack.
  3. Develop and define roadmaps for 12+ month efforts, collaborating with the team to accomplish assigned features/tasks.
  4. Interact directly with stakeholders and senior executives in Security, Internal Audit, SOX, and Legal.
  5. Work within Onshore-Offshore models, ensuring all projects are delivered on time and within constraints.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce architecture.
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with an independent problem-solving attitude.
  • Dedicated, result-oriented Solution and Technical Architect specialized in Salesforce platform.
  • Proficient in designing, implementing, and supporting large-scale solutions.
  • Adept at designing and implementing effective technical business solutions adhering to platform best practices.
Technical Expertise:
  • Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and platform Implementations.
  • Process Automation tools (Process builder, flows, workflows, approval processes).
  • Sharing & security rules.
