Salesforce Enterprise Solutions Designer

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Architect to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing and implementing solutions that meet the needs of our stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:- Analyze Requirements and recommend best solution options.
- Estimate, Design and deliver solutions for implementations using Salesforce Products to stakeholders.
- Ensure code and configuration is delivered to meet business process, security standards and application requirements.
- Ensure on time and quality delivery.
- Good to manage Risk, Issues, Delivery tracking, Status Reporting.
Our ideal candidate will have good Salesforce experience and should have knowledge of Salesforce Configuration including Workflows, Validations, Approval Process, Security Model, Data Model with Solution Architect experience.
They should also have Salesforce Customization knowledge experience including but not limited to APEX, Visual Force, Triggers, Batch, Schedule Apex, VF Components, Test Class,lightening components.
Additionally, they should have driven greenfield implementations with architect inputs for SF Sales and Service cloud.
It would be beneficial to have a good understanding in implementing salesforce specific design patterns, best practices to manage large data volume and integration and technical solutions for security.
Professional Attributes:Our ideal candidate must have good communication skills and should be able to work in client facing roles.
They should also be able to coaching and mentoring junior resources.
Furthermore, they should be able to lead a team of more than 10 members.
Educational Qualification:Candidates should hold a BE/BTech/Bsc/ Other graduation degree.
Additional Information:It would be beneficial to have at least 5 Salesforce certifications. Having Salesforce certified Application Architect/System Architect certifications would be a plus.
