Global Benefits Consultant

We're seeking a highly skilled Global Benefits Consultant to lead the configuration, implementation and optimization of our clients' global benefits modules.

This role requires an individual with in-depth knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Global Benefits and its various applications across large organizations. Key responsibilities include designing tailored solutions for global benefits needs, developing and executing detailed test plans, providing expert guidance on best practices and regulatory requirements, and conducting training sessions to drive user adoption and system efficiency.

Requirements:
  • Prior experience in SAP SuccessFactors Global Benefits configuration and implementation is required.
  • A strong understanding of global benefits processes and compliance regulations is necessary.
  • The ability to manage client relationships and deliver business-driven solutions is crucial.

Preferred Background:

  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field is preferred.
  • Certifications such as SAP SuccessFactors (Global Benefits or Employee Central) are beneficial.
