Global Marketing Director & Merchandising Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned executive to lead our woven casual shirts business in international markets. This strategic role offers the opportunity to collaborate with leading fashion brands and drive commercial growth across marketing, merchandising, and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead global marketing efforts for 100% woven casual shirts
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with top fashion brands
  • Drive product development & merchandising processes – from trend research to delivery
  • Provide expertise in woven fabrics, trims, and wash techniques
  • Mentor and lead a high-performing marketing & merchandising team

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's in Textile Engineering, Fashion Technology, or Business Management
  • 15+ years of proven experience in woven apparel marketing & merchandising
  • Strong international exposure, with hands-on experience working with leading global brands
  • Strategic mindset with strong commercial acumen
  • Excellent communication, negotiation & leadership skills
